Chantilly Cream
Chantilly cream is fresh cream beaten to the consistency of a mousse, sweetened and flavoured with vanilla or other flavours.
It is used as an ingredients of various desserts, including meringues, sundaes, Bavarian creams, charlottes and custards.

100g caster sugar
vanilla extract, a few drops

METHOD
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until the mixture forms soft peaks.
- Cover and place in the fridge immediately.
