MODULE 2 -- Cakes and Biscuits

I was so excited to start this module as I already bake lots of cakes and biscuits at home, plus I love decorating, so this is a kind of 'easy' one for me.

Among the recipes of this module there is the Genoise Sponge cake which is a real hard work to whisk by hand, but all the effort is 100% worth it!
