MODULE 4 -- Cold and Hot Desserts
I can't believe the final module of this nine month course is now here.
On Module 4 we learnt how to produce fancy cold and hot desserts very popular in good restaurants.
I must admit this wasn't my favourite of all modules, as I get more satisfaction from baking cakes and making pastries, but it was a very good insight on how to make desserts like pannacotta, creme brulee, fruit bavarouis, creme caramel and many more.
