MODULE 4 -- Exam day!!
I can't believe the course is nearly over and the last exam is here!
For the final assessment we were asked to produce:
- a fruit bavarois
- a creme caramel
As usual the time available was 3 hours and we were asked to bring along our Plan of Work. Here is mine.
I must admit, despite the long commute to the University every weeks, the long hours in the kitchen after a full day in the office, I really enjoyed the course and would recommend to anyone who's really interest in pursue a career in the pastry world.
