MODULE 3 - Exam day!!

And also Module 3 is nearly over!

The assessment consisted of producing two different flavoured bread loafs within 3 hours.


I decided to go with:

- a pumpkin and thyme loaf

- a dried tomatoes and thyme loaf


I used the basic bread dough recipe, divided into two dough balls and added at different flavouring ingredients.
