MODULE 2 - Exam day!!
And even Module 2 is now over.
For the assessment day we were asked to produce:
- 6 plain cupcakes (no frosting on top)
- 6 fruit scones
- 8 hazelnut biscuits
Luckily my baking went extremely well and the chef teacher was so impressed that gave a Distinction as final mark, yay!! :)
